Min Min Lights

Uses:  Going fast at night on a mountain bike, finding orienteering flags, trekking.

Rating: 4 out of 5

Features:  The smallest battery packs on the market, a super bright white light, handcrafted Aluminium casing, variable battery charger.

Pros: Fantastic spread of light, sensationally small battery packs which provide massive weight savings for endurance events, amazing burn time of 7-9 hours per battery pack, the charger plugs into your cars cigarette lighter port which makes re-charging at races a bit easier for support crews.

Cons:  No on/off switch yet, but unplugging it works just fine. Given the battery life, turning it off isn't as important as it is with other brands. You need to custom order these lights at the moment.

Feedback: Mount it on your helmet or on the bars, wear it on the head strap provided, wherever you like, it lights up the road with amazing clarity. I've raced in the mud, rain, fog and snot for days with these lights and never had any surprises. The battery packs sold me on the idea of using them in lieu of anything else out there, that and the fact that the 3watt LED offers up more light than my 10watt Vista light ever did!
